Just off the A6 and Bowerham Road, Greaves Park offers a variety of experiences, from a children's play park, two areas of woodland, beautiful trees, lovely Spring bulbs, wild flowers in Summer and two large lawns to relax on or play football
You can find out about all the features of the park, who lives here, what grows here and what fun things you can do to help us keep this green space open to everyone.
Greaves Park Tree Trail
The Friends of Greaves Park have created a tree trail that takes you around the different areas of the park, looking at 32 different trees. You will discover native and non-native species and some interesting facts about each one.
On a smart phone, tablet or laptop find the walk at www.lancaster.gov.uk/greavestreetrail
Grand Opening of Our Refurbished Play Park
Our Play Park has been out of action for many months while the surface has been renovated and new equipment has been installed. On June 9th we had a grand opening of the newly refurbished Play Park, with face painting and games and a race to get into the Play Park.
We are still collecting for the new zip wire
